Shipping
VoltSupply is an approved Dynarex distributor. Request a delivered-price quote with your item numbers, variants, case quantities and full delivery address. We confirm availability, shipping, additional order charges, applicable tax and estimated dispatch timing before payment.
Shipping depends on the items and destination. Tell us about delivery appointments, lift-gate service or other receiving requirements when requesting your quote. The accepted quote identifies the agreed items and charges. A prior shipping quote is not a storewide rate.
After we verify payment, we arrange the supplier order and share tracking once dispatch is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; changes may be unavailable once warehouse processing starts.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Inspect deliveries promptly. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and retain packaging. Contact us immediately with your VoltSupply order reference, item numbers, quantities, photos and delivery details. Keep affected items and packaging until you receive instructions.
Return requests within 30 days
For change-of-mind or ordering-error returns, contact VoltSupply within 30 calendar days of delivery. Only unopened cartons suitable for resale are eligible for review. A request does not guarantee approval: supplier authorization and item eligibility must be confirmed.
Provide your order reference, item number, quantity, lot number, expiration date if applicable, and reason for return. We disclose any return freight, restocking charges, approved destination and authorization deadline before you ship. Opened, expired or unsuitable-for-resale goods may be ineligible. Damage, defects and shipping errors are assessed separately; report them immediately.
Do not send returns to our business address or directly to Dynarex without written authorization. Follow the approved instructions and deadline. We explain the approved remedy and any refund amount and timing after review. Supplier credits to VoltSupply are not automatic refunds to your payment card.
